We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-driven leader to manage the Boss Bites food truck and deliver top-tier service wherever we roll up. As our Food Truck Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind daily operations—from team management and prep to customer experience and event coordination. You’ll be expected to lead by example, stay organized under pressure, and bring serious hustle and positivity to every shift.

What You’ll Be Doing:
– Manage day-to-day truck operations and food service during scheduled shifts
– Supervise, schedule, and train team members to ensure smooth performance
– Oversee food prep, line efficiency, and cleanliness in compliance with health and safety standards
– Handle on-site customer service, resolve any guest concerns, and maintain a friendly, professional vibe
– Coordinate setup and breakdown for each service location or event
– Track inventory levels, manage restocking, and report supply needs
– Work with leadership on truck performance goals and service improvements
– Drive the food truck to and from locations as needed (must have valid license)

What You Bring to the Table:
– 2+ years of experience in food service or hospitality (food truck or mobile service is a plus)
– Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style
– Great communication and time management abilities
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
– Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working evenings, weekends, and outdoor events
– Valid driver’s license (CDL not required but helpful)
